ARE All Relationships Equal

Wondering what other's think when they look at the relationships of heterosexuals and homosexuals are they the same?  we don't look at the exterior of these relationships but the interaction between the couple are they any different.  I would like to begin with this and look at what or may not be the same.........please keep a open mind and be respectful......
